Leading German manufacturer Vorwerk, the parent company of Thermomix®, is set to open its Australian and New Zealand headquarters in Melbourne. This is creating new jobs and boosting our state as a premier destination for global business.
Vorwerk has relocated its Australasian HQ from Perth to Melbourne to be closer to:
- its established logistics and distribution operations in Moorabbin
- its largest customer base
- Victoria’s strong supply chain and world-class logistics network
- Melbourne’s offerings as the nation’s foodie capital
The new Melbourne head office will support a long-term workforce of more than 55 employees.
Melbourne sits at the centre of Australia’s south-east economic corridor, accounting for 62% of national economic activity and 68% of the population. This location enables more efficient access to the majority of Australia’s consumer and business markets.
