The Chisholm Institute in Frankston is expanding its status as a leading technology hub with the introduction of the Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence.
By offering a comprehensive digital learning environment, it will focus on training students in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
It will sit alongside the state-of-the-art learning hub for IT and cyber security already on the campus.
Holmesglen Institute’s Home and Community Care Centre – Moorabbin
Holmesglen Institute in Moorabbin is enhancing its leadership in community care education with the launch of the Home and Community Care Centre of Excellence.
It will deliver hands-on learning through a specially designed smart house, equipped with adaptive technology and remote care tools, ensuring students are trained in modern practices to meet the growing demand for innovative home-based care solutions.
Victoria’s community care sector is one of the largest and fastest‑growing in the state. It is estimated that more than 86,000 extra workers will be needed by 2027.
The Australian Government and Victorian Government are jointly funding these projects, worth a combined $50.67 million.
