Aspiring to be a global benchmark in urban renewal

Made up of five precincts, Fishermans Bend is Australia’s largest urban renewal area covering 485 hectares.

With a mixture of industrial and commercial zoning the hub is developing to be a mix of advanced manufacturing, engineering and design, creative industries, and professional services firms and institutions.

By 2050, Fishermans Bend is expected to support 80,000 jobs, 20,000 students and a population growing to 80,000.
