It also includes Revolut Junior, a prepaid card and money management app designed for children aged 7-17.

The successful adoption of its signature technology internationally and the knowledge that Australia is one of the fastest growing markets in the world for fintech has enabled Revolut to enter a new phase of growth and led to the establishment of its Australian headquarters in Melbourne.

Revolut was drawn to Melbourne, Australia’s leading tech city for its rich talent pipeline and its proximity to potential business partners. Melbourne has a large and sophisticated financial services sector from which it will seek to secure highly skilled staff. Melbourne also is home to two of Australia’s top four international banks and other financial services heavy weights.

We were drawn to set up Revolut's Australian headquarters in Melbourne due to the city's reputation as a strong tech hub with a rich talent pipeline. The liveability of the city and its thriving fintech ecosystem were also major factors that brought us here to Melbourne.
