| Wayne Lewis
| Deputy Secretary
Wayne Lewis joined the Victorian Government in 1995. He was responsible for investment attraction and business development programme for the aviation industry, working on national and international projects including the development of major aircraft maintenance facilities in Victoria.
In 2001, Wayne was appointed Director of ICT Investment & Business Development at Multimedia Victoria, where he was involved in a range of international projects and major ICT industry initiatives in Victoria.

In November 2005, he was appointed the Victorian Government’s first Commissioner to India; during this time he established and managed the Victorian Government’s trade and investment presence in India.
Wayne commenced as Deputy Secretary Industry and Trade and Chief Executive Officer Invest Victoria in January 2009, following a six month stint at Deakin University.
